Delivery charges are based on a tier system:

Delivery to most parts of the country is within seven days; depending upon stock levels, your postcode and the day of the week the order is received. We will notify you within 24hrs with a delivery date.
Please advise if there are any possible restrictions which may prevent access by a delivery vehicle. The delivery trucks are quite large so there must not be any width restrictions, height restrictions, sharp bends, low bridges or low power lines etc.
PLEASE NOTE
Ensure an able bodied person is on site on the day of delivery. Drivers will assist where possible but are only contracted to deliver to the kerb side. It is the responsibility of the worktop purchaser to arrange for help, if necessary, to carry worktops to other rooms or floors of the house. If there is no-one available to help then the driver may refuse to deliver the worktops. Delivery will then be rescheduled for another day and will be subject to another delivery charge.
Store worktops flat and away from intense heat sources i.e. radiators.
Worktops should not be stored in rooms which have new brickwork or blockwork which is still drying out or in a room which has freshly plastered walls.
Although our products are of excellent quality, we advise all customers to check their worktops upon delivery. If you have any problems, please notify us by telephone as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken.
Returns
Please notify us within 7 days in writing if goods need to be returned.
Unfortunately we cannot accept return of any worktop which has been cut or fitted.
